You’re standing in front of the torn-up pieces of your work with all your dreams shattered and no idea about how or why it came that way. But if your focus is on your system instead, it’s a lot easier to get over a shortcoming. Instead of mourning, tweak your system so you can clear the next hurdle with flying colors.
